All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our wood-finishing products, all sales are final. Weatherwash does not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect color selection, or customer ordering errors.

Color Selection & Product Testing

Weatherwash Aging Washes react with the natural tannins in wood to create distinctive finishes. Final color results vary depending on wood species, natural tannin content, surface preparation, and application methods.

We strongly recommend testing products on your actual project wood before beginning large projects or placing large orders.

Color variations resulting from natural wood characteristics or application conditions are not considered product defects.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, contains incorrect products, or you believe a product is defective, please contact Weatherwash so we can investigate and determine an appropriate resolution.

For damaged or incorrect shipments, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photographs of the product and packaging, when applicable

  • Relevant shipping or tracking information

Please retain damaged products and their original packaging until the issue has been reviewed.

Depending on the circumstances, an approved resolution may include a replacement, refund, or other appropriate remedy.

Missing or Lost Shipments

If your order has not arrived or tracking indicates delivery but the package cannot be located, please contact us.

Weatherwash will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the delivery status and determine the appropriate next steps.

Unapproved Return

Unauthorized returns are not accepted.

Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies available under applicable law.
