MIST AGING WASH is not a traditional pigmented stain, but instead reacts with the tannin in wood to unlocks its natural beauty and colors. ​MIST wood stain is a VOC free, water-based interior and exterior stain, suitable for high-tannin wood, including solid wood, refinished wood, wood veneers, & reclaimed wood.

COLOR: MIST ages wood, creating LIGHTLY aged look, creating beautiful BROWNS with GRAYS. For darker reactions and colors, select Storm Aging Wash.

WOOD SPECIES: MIST can be used on most woods, but only a light reaction on low tannin species: pine, poplar, spruce, white fir, or parawood.  

USE: Interior or Exterior wood projects.

TOPCOATS: 

- INTERIOR Topcoat on all surfaces with one of Weatherwash brand topcoats.

- EXTERIOR Weatherwash Exterior Water Sealer must be applied.
